Leafmould Composting is a simple and effective way to handle leaves in autumn. Most leaves take 1-3 years to rot down and take up valuable space in the Compost Bin. They will still be in the compost when all else has matured. Leaves benefit by being exposed to rain and frost and eventually rot down to make excellent leaf mould.
George Pilkington, like our very own Clive Roberts (Managing Director) has been working with worms and preaching their benefits for nearly 20 years. He is regularly lecturing around the county on Worm Composting and is also the author of popular paperback Gardening for Wildlife.
